There has been a few changes to our shipping rules so here goes....We are now pleased to say that we ship our items worldwide! We aim to deliver your order in under 48 Hours, but please allow a maximum of 10 working days for delivery. Non UK addresses, please add another 3 days to this time. Our shipping cost is now worked out by weight and service in acordance with Royal Mails price plan. Which you can view in PDF. format HERETo ensure that your items arrive securely all card game singles are packed in Ultra-Pro card sleeves backed with cardboard and then sent in a padded envelope, and all single miniatures are sent in an appropriate sized cardboard box padded with shredded paper or wrapped in brown paging paper.Returns
To begin the returns and refund process, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. If you recieve the item in a damaged or incorrectly stated condition, we will be happy to replace the item for you. All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase. Any item returned must be returned in the same condition it was sent, with the appropriate protection it was sent with. PLEASE NOTE: If an item was sent to you sealed (for example, a sealed starter deck) and you opened the item, that item can not be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.
